Virginia Mercedes (Jean) Bofinger, a resident of Chalfont, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the age of 93.
> Born in Philadelphia, Jean was the daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth Cunningham. She was married to Edward G. Bofinger, and they enjoyed 70 years of marriage before his passing in July 2017. She is survived by their daughters Jean M. Olinik (Gerald), Patricia A. Kershner (Edward) and Susan M. Slattery, 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
> Friends and family are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass, 11 AM, Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA where the greeting will begin at 10 AM. Interment is private.
