Thomas A. Beaber

Thomas Beaber, a resident of Chalfont, passed away Friday February 9, 2018 at Neshaminy Manor. He was 82.

Born in Philadelphia September 27, 1935, he was the son of the late Thomas S. and Alice E. Beaber. Tom was the beloved husband of Louise A. Beaber for 60 years.

They married in Philadelphia on April 20, 1957. Tom was a resident of Philadelphia for 41 years before moving to Chalfont in 1976, enjoying 41 years in beautiful Bucks County.

Tom was an Army veteran serving from 1958-1960 and then again when his unit was activated he served another year from 1961 - 1962.

Tom loved all animals but particularly his three female Cocker Spaniels who predeceased him.

Tom retired from S.P.D. Technologies in 1993 after forty years and enjoyed music, gardening, photography, woodworking and reading in his retirement.

Besides his loving wife Louise, Tom is survived by his sister Alice Roberts of Kunkletown, PA; sisters in law Beverly Kerr Owens (Jim) of Gibbsboro, NJ and Joan Tauro of Liverpool, NY. Also surviving are nine nephews, four nieces, six great nephews and ten great nieces. Tom was predeceased by his brother Richard.

Funeral services are private at the request of the family.
