Stuart P. Parsons, a resident of Nazareth, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem after a long illness. He was 58.
Born in Apple Valley, CA, he is survived by his parents, Ladd and Mary Ann (Knott) Parsons of Warminster, his sisters Dana Reed (the late Robert) of New Britain, Edan Rhodes (F. Matthew) of Plymouth Meeting, brothers Ladd Parsons, Jr. (Judith) of Catasauqua, Brandon Parsons of Breinigsville, 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew. Stuart was predeceased by a brother, Craig Parsons.
Stuart graduated from Nazareth Area High School and was employed for many years as a plastics manufacturing technician.
Stuart had a wealth of knowledge of baseball and baseball statistics. He was a passionate New York Yankees fan.
The family would like to recognize and show their appreciation to Universal Institute Rehab of Bethlehem and their work with individuals with acquired brain injuries.
Friends and relatives are invited to his Funeral Mass, 11am, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 605 W. Street Road, Warminster, PA. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stuart’s memory may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice at www.lvnh.org .
