Ruth Cavanaugh’s obituary > > On March 26, 2022 , our beloved and wonderful mother Ruth F. Cavanaugh née Farrell of Doylestown, PA passed into God’s graces after a brief illness. A force of nature, she was 96 years old. Ruth is survived by her adoring children MaryBeth and Frank (Monica); her grandchildren Jonathon, Aurelia, Patrick, Vincent, Christian and their husbands and wives; her great grandchild Kieran Grey; her brother Edward (Midori) > and all of her nieces and nephews that loved her so. > > Ruth grew up in Holmesburg, Philadelphia surrounded by her close knit family, her mother and father Marie and Edward and her siblings Marie, Genevieve, Catherine, Helen, Betty Ann and Edward. Ruth was an avid reader and a seeker of truth and knowledge. She was open-minded; full of light, generosity and joy. She possessed a spirit, so inspiring and ingratiating, that will continue to permeate this earthly realm. > > Ruth will be dearly missed and always remembered. > > Relatives are invited to attend a Memorial Mass, 10am Wednesday, March 30th at St. Dominic’s Church, 8504 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA where friends may call after 9am.
