Rosemary J. Brown, 82, passed away peacefully at home on January 17, 2023. Wife of Joseph J. Brown for over 62 years. Mother of Rosemary P. Brown (Ronald Francis), Julia A. Brown (Arnold Gibbs) and Joseph W. Brown (Dana), Also survived by her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren and her brother James Mulligan (Carol Lucania). Funeral Mass 11 AM Tuesday January 24, 2023 at St. Jerome Church 8100 Colfax St. Philadelphia, PA 19136. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at the church Tuesday after 10 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
