Richard R. Soncini

Richard R. Soncini, a resident of Hilltown Twp., passed away Monday March 12, 2018 at his residence. He was 75.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the loving husband of Diane E.(Saxton) Soncini and beloved father of Michael R. Soncini (Milena), Maria Strycharski (Robert), Michele Pinto (John) and Matthew L. Soncini. Richard is also survived by his grandson Masimo and sisters Judy Ridgely (the late Patrick) and Elaine Leaf (Larry).

Richard graduated from Germantown High School in 1960. He went on to receive his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. He was a former member of the Army National Guard.
Richard was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was happiest when spending time with his wife of 52 years, his four children and their families, and his loyal rescue dog, Lily.
Richard was a soft spoken gentleman with a dry sense of humor, fixer of anything and everything, lover of jazz and super fan of local sports.

Friends and family are invited to attend his Funeral Service, 11 AM, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Scanlin Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA where the greeting will begin at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
