Richard P. Keyser, Jr. Profile Photo

Richard P. Keyser, a resident of Lansdale, PA, passed away suddenly on October 31, 2017.

Rick was born in Germantown, PA, and was 73. Rick left this earth with the ones who loved him the most by his side. Rick proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a sergeant. A loving husband and father, Rick also absolutely loved model trains, his idol was John Wayne, and his obsession was flea markets (especially Qmart).

Rick is survived by his wife Saundra J. Keyser, his two children Jenny L. Keyser and Kevin D. Keyser, granddaughter Eve M. Ploof, brother Peter D. Keyser with wife Betty Keyser, and the apple of his eye, his dog Hazel. Rick was a good-hearted, loving, simple man who held the ones who loved him close. He was always a joker. Dad, you are at peace now. We all love and miss you so very much, more than you could ever imagine. You will be forever missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, Pup.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held 11:30 AM, Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be sent to St. Jude Hospital at www.st jude .org/Donate .
