Paul L. Ruzicka

Paul L. Ruzicka formerly of New Columbus, PA and Chalfont and recently of Quakertown passed away Monday July 16, 2018. He was 82.

Born in New York, NY, he was the loving father of Maria Ruzicka, Paul A. Ruzicka (Kim), Michele Lamb (R.J.) and Eric P. Ruzicka (Helena). He is also survived by his brother Jack Ruzicka (Joanne), 9 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and his dear friend Lois Brescia. Paul was predeceased by his wife Phyllis (Rego) Ruzicka , his first wife Lorraine (Yalch) Ruzicka and his parents Paul and Mary (Mascaluso) Ruzicka.

Paul served a life- long career in education. He was the Director of Central Montgomery Technical School for over 20 years where he earned numerous accolades. His greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren. In his spare time, he shared his gifts in his paintings and as an amazing woodworker and avid golfer. He loved watching all sports while supporting the local Philly teams.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service, 11 AM, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Scanlin Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA where his viewing will begin at 10 AM. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to BARC Developmental Services at www.barcprograms.org .
