Patricia Anne Givigliano "Pat"

Patricia Anne "Pat" Givigliano (nèe McCafferty), 71, a resident of Chalfont, passed away January 13, 2025.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna M. McCafferty (nèe Lavelle). Pat was the mother of Kevin B. Held, and she was also the loving wife of 25 years to the late Frank and his children Susan Gallagher (Patrick), Frank Givigliano, John Givigliano (Kathleen), Lisa Prendergast (Scott), Christopher Givigliano (Lorraine), and Janine Streeper (Richard); and her beloved 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Pat is predeceased by her brother Jim McCafferty, and her sister Anne Marie McCafferty, is survived by her brothers Joseph and Jack McCafferty.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Friday January 17, 2025, at Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454 where the greeting will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery.
