Patricia C. Mccann

Patricia C. McCann, of Chalfont Pa, passed away on January 1, 2018 at the age of 88.

Pat is survived by her loving sons John (Regina), William (Judy), Jim (Maryellen), Patrick (Reed) and Kevin as well as eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John F. McCann Sr. in 2016.

In addition to her role as a loving wife and mother she was active in the community. She loved to sing and was a member the Bucks County Choral Society and the St. Jude's parish choir, where she was a parishioner for over 40 years. Pat will be remembered for her volunteer work at Doylestown Senior Center and Neshaminy Manor and also for working for over ten years at the Spring Run Nursery School on Bristol Road in Chalfont.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass, 12 PM, Saturday, January 13, 2018 at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA where the greeting will begin at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to St. Jude Church at the above address.
