Nicole Jillian Palaferro, born on October 3, 2015, passed away suddenly on December
19, 2023 at eight years old. She is already tremendously missed by surviving members
of her family, including her father and mother, Chris & Jillian Palaferro, her sisters,
Hannah & Olivia, and grandparents TJ & Denise Antich, and Paul & Dawn Palaferro.
Along with her uncles Christopher & Eric Antich, aunts Danielle Palaferro and Grace
(Frank) Cocco, and cousins Carter & Aidan Cocco. She is also survived by her great
grandparents William Palaferro and Paul (JoAnn) Kincade. Her cats, Abby & Lily miss
her dearly. Nicole was greeted in heaven by her great grandparents and other relatives
who predeceased her.
Nicole loved spending time with her family–especially her sisters, cherished her friends,
and loved all things arts and crafts. She was most proud of being a big sissy and would
tell you that she had the best sisters she could have ever asked for. She loved school
and attended Ringing Rocks Elementary where her favorite subject was art. Nicole
loved reading–most recently Harry Potter, coloring pictures and playing school with
Hannah, and helping with her baby sister Olivia. She enjoyed playing at the park,
collecting squishmellows, and drawing–she was just mastering her sketching skills! She
loved playing outside with her friends and riding scooters after school. Her favorite
vacation was her recent trip to Disney with her family, grandma, grandpa and auntie.
Nicole loved animals and wanted to be a veterinarian when she grew up!
Nicole was the most beautiful, compassionate, devoted, and loving daughter, sister and
friend. She cared so deeply about everyone in her life. She was looking forward to one
of her favorite traditions, spending Christmas Eve at Nana’s house with her aunt, uncles
and cousins. Nicole was a bright light in our lives, and our world will never be the same.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30 th from 10:00-11:00am at St. Basil the
Great Parish at 2330 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA, followed by her Funeral Mass
at 11:00am. Interment will be private.

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You’ll never know, dear, how much I love you
Please don’t take my sunshine away
The other night, dear, as I lay sleeping
I dreamed I held you in my arms
When I awoke, dear, I was mistaken
So, I hung my head and I cried
