Michael E. Kulp, born November 9, 1967 passed away suddenly on November 9, 2022 at the age of 55.

Michael was devoted to his wife of 29 years Kathleen (nee McGonigle) and to his children Nora Siobhan (17) and Deaglan Michael (15). He was a full-time hands-on Dad who knew how to calm a teething baby, ease the pain of a scrapped knee with a boo-boo buddy ice pack, yell and cheer on (“coach”) from the sidelines at a soccer or lacrosse game proud father. The ultimate tinker and tool guy who had a solution for everything, Mike was an amazing gardener and was obsessed with the lawn and the perfection in which he could get the right shade of green and a perfect mow line. He was the real dog whisperer and his many goldens were the best companions to him, never needing a leash to tether just always by his side.

Known to all as “Kulpy” he grew up in Ardsley and started playing football the second he learned to walk. Glenside Gorillas, Little Quakers, and his lifelong love of the Bishop McDevitt Royal Lancers #60. He was part of the strongest brotherhood around and is a true “Lancer For Life” #LFL. A die-hard fan of the Eagles, he looked forward to the annual game he and his best friends would attend each year. He will forever be remembered for his outgoing personality, his willingness to lend a helping hand and most importantly, his sense of humor. He will be forever missed.

Michael is also survived by many loving family and friends. His mother Bridget (nee Durkin) and sisters Elaine Moran (Marty), Maureen McGonigle (Mark). He was predeceased by his father Gerald Kulp and brother Jerry. Also survived by his father and mother in-law George and Dorothy McGonigle as well as his brother in laws Brian (Terry), Mark (Maureen), Michael (Tricia), Kevin (Margaret) and many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.
