Mary E. Booth

Mary E. Booth, a resident of Chalfont, passed peacefully surrounded by the love of her children and many grandchildren Wednesday November 7, 2018. She was 87.
Born in Philadelphia, Mary married her high school sweetheart, the late Henry M. Booth. They raised their nine children in Levittown, within St Michaels The Archangel Parish. After losing the love of her life she moved to Chalfont Pa, and became an active member of St. Jude's Parish and senior club. What brought her the most joy was spending time with her family. She will be forever in our hearts.

Mary is survived by her beloved nine children Mary Slivinski (Walter), Margaret Booth Taylor, Teresa McCartney (Neil), Joanne Snyder (Thomas), Ellen Swinnerton, Henry M. Booth, Jr., Kathleen Galioto (Joseph), William P. Booth (Sandra), and Susan M. Booth.

Also surviving are her sister Margaret Manning (the late Jack), 31 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Mary was predeceased by her grandson Thomas Snyder and 6 brothers.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass, 12:30 PM, Monday, November 12, 2018 at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA where the visitation will begin at 11:30 AM.
