BaerLynn M., 49, passed away on July 3, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Jason D. and the devoted mother of Matthew J. Lynn was the daughter of Joanne and the late Joseph Nowakowski.
The Funeral Service for Lynn will be Monday July 10, 2023, at 11 AM at the Scanlin McDonald Funeral Home 175 East Butler Avenue Chalfont, PA 18914. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday at the funeral home after 10 AM. Interment will be at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to an Educational Fund that is be established for her son Matthew. Please contact the funeral home for further details.
