Kenneth (“Ken”) Williams, 61, of Warminster, PA, formerly of Chalfont PA, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2023, from a brain tumor.
Born in Houston, TX on August 29, 1962, to George J and Dorothy A Williams, Ken spent his life interested in family, friends, supporting his favorite sports teams and volunteering. A graduate of Central Bucks West HS Class of 1981 in Doylestown, PA, Ken was a great fan of all sports, particularly the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, and CBW football. He was a faithful supporter and spectator at the many athletic and musical activities of his nieces and nephews.
Ken was predeceased by his father and mother and is survived by his sisters Karen Bryan (Dusty) of Denver, PA, Donna Turner (William) of Deptford, NJ, and Diane Williams of Doylestown, PA. He is also survived by his brother James Williams (Andrea) of Tega Cay, SC and Aunt Myrna Williams Correll of Climax, NY.
Ken was a creature of habit, and you always knew how to contact him by what day of the week it was. Although he persevered with some limitations, Ken was always upbeat and could be counted on to be there when asked with a big smile on his face. He volunteered for several nonprofit agencies, including the Doylestown and Warminster branches of YMCA of Bucks County and National Giving Alliance. Ken received several awards for his volunteerism and has made many lifelong friends as a result.
To his family, “Kenny” is a true hero and an example of pure love and kindness, living a life of gentle grace. Kenny lived every moment impacting anyone and everyone he met. Through many letters, cards, jokes, and conversations, Kenny always set out to make others happy. Though he is now at peace in Heaven, Kenny will be greatly missed.
