Karl J. Bauermann

Karl “Bubba” J. Bauermann, 62 passed away on May 19, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love,

laughter, and cherished memories. Karl was the son of the late Marion (Metz) Bauermann and

Dr. Julius F. Bauermann.

He is survived by his loving sisters, Janice Smith (husband Wayne Smith) and Lisa Riley

(husband the late Randy J. Riley). He held a special place in the hearts of his nieces, Caitlin,

Meaghan, and Ashlyne Riley, who adored their uncle dearly.

Bubba is also survived by many dear friends in the racing community. He was known for his

kind heart, generous nature, and sense of humor. Bub touched the lives of many. His presence

brightened every room he entered, and his genuine compassion left a lasting impact on all who

crossed his path.

A formal viewing will be held in honor of Karl from 10 to 11 am on Tuesday May 28, 2024, at

Scanlin-McDonald Funeral Home Ltd. In Chalfont, PA. A memorial service will follow immediately

after at the same location. A short graveside service is scheduled for 11 am on Wednesday

May 29, 2024, at the Whitehall United Methodist Church, Towaco, NJ.

Though Karl may no longer walk among us, he will live on in the hearts of those who knew and

loved him. May his soul find peace, and may his memory be a comfort and blessing to all who

mourn his passing. Race in peace Bub!
