John S. Bosolin, Sr.

John S. Bosolin, Sr. of Chalfont, passed away Saturday September 22, 2018 at Buckingham Valley Rehab and Nursing in Newtown. He was 85.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the father of John S. Bosolin, Jr. and the late Mark S. Bosolin; loving grandfather of Jessica Ahlum and George, Douglas and Gerald Gialeano; and great grandfather of Anthony, Ashlee and Kara. John was predeceased by his beloved dogs Precious and Breezy.
John was an amazing artist who enjoyed painting tug boats and ships. He will be dearly missed by many.
Friends and family are invited to attend his Funeral Service 11 Am, Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Scanlin Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA where the viewing will begin at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Philadelphia. Donations in his memory may be made to the Bucks County SPCA at www.bcspca.org .
