John C. Montgomery

Montgomery, John C., 61, passed away on August 9, 2023. Beloved husband of Kathy (née

Nicolo), father of Brian (Mysti), grandfather of Kaylah (Tyler), great-grandfather of Kinsley and Axell.

Son of Kathleen and the late John Montgomery. Brother of Ed Montgomery (Cindy), Tom Montgomery

and Kathi McKenna (Kevin). John is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

John graduated from Northeast High School, and relocated to Poway, CA after attending technical

school. He was an avid photographer and loved sharing stories of his many visits to Hawaii. Some of

John’s most memorable times were at the grill, cooking for family and friends. John and Kathy recently

moved back to the area, settling down in Warminster and reconnecting with old friends.

Funeral Service at 11am Wednesday (8/16) at Scanlin McDonald Funeral Home 175 East Butler Avenue

Chalfont, PA 18914.  Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at the funeral home Wednesday

after 10am. Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Epilepsy

Foundation in memory of John.
