John A. Petrovich passed away unexpectedly on November 6, 2024, 45. John was a

beloved son, grandson, and friend. John was born on August 26, 1979, in N.E.

Philadelphia and was a resident of Bensalem in his formative years. He graduated

from Bensalem High School in 1997. As an adult, John returned to the Philadelphia

area.

He enjoyed the outdoors and going to the mountains and visiting his grandparents

there.

He worked with heavy equipment and in machine shop fields. John loved his dogs, who

were his daily companion. John worked hard and he enjoyed life with a good sense of

humor. A sports fan, oh yes. Playing on several sports teams as a young student;

baseball, football, and wrestling. John’s recent plans were to move to Alaska.

John was preceded in death by his great grandmother Sophia Conrad (Petrovich) and

his grandmother Roxanne Bird (Steere) and his uncle David Petrovich.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Leon (Ken), his grandparents, Steven and

Sharon Petrovich, Uncles Stephen (Michelle) and Robert Petrovich (Jennifer), cousins,

Chris Petrovich, Bobby Petrovich, and Erin Petrovich.

His family is devastated, and at a loss for words over John’s passing, but the one and

only hope, is that John is in the loving arms of Jesus, where all pain and suffering are

gone and is reunited with family members and waits for those who are still traveling on

this earth.

Let us seek the LORD, for healing our hurt, and salvation, so that we may walk by faith

and meet John again. Faith means having an eternal perspective, so that we can feel at

home in both worlds (2 Cor. 5:6-8). “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on

what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal” (2

Cor.5:7)
