Helen C. Ward

Helen C. Ward, a resident of Warrington, PA, passed away Sunday January 3, 2021 at Doylestown Hospital. She was 84

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Leon and Clara (Pijanowski) Trzaskawka.

Helen attended Little Flower High School where she enjoyed writing for the

school newspaper.  She worked at Lotz Construction for over 25 years as an administrative assistant.  She loved her job and was well thought of by her co-workers.  After she retired, she worked at Lowe’s to keep active in the community.

Helen loved to cook and she loved spending time with her family.  She especially loved doing the polka with her brothers.  She was the light at every family event.  Traditions were very important to her and she made sure to pass them along to her children.   She was dearly loved by everyone who knew her. Helen was kind, compassionate, loving and forgiving.   She was always there to help anyone in need.   She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her greatly.

Helen is survived by her three children, Carol Hughes (David), Patricia Nelson,

James Ward (Donna); brothers, Martin Trask (Betty) Ted Trask, Sr., Paul Trask (Carol), sisters-in-law JoAnn and Marilyn, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by brothers Leon Trzaskawka and Edward Trzaskawka,

A memorial Mass and celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 856 Euclid Avenue, Warrington, PA  18976.
