Filomena Crognale

Filomena Crognale of Chalfont, passed away Saturday March 2, 2019. She was 87.
Born in Santo Eusiano del Sangro, Italy, she was loving wife of the late Domenic Crognale and beloved mother of Bambina Kalis (Edward), Patrizia Maurone (Richard), Antonella DeFusco (Gregory), Daiana Simonson (Joseph) and Nicholas J. Crognale, MD (Kristina). Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson Dennis Seneko.
Filomena loved to cook and was known for her large family dinners. She was a very talented seamstress and enjoyed vegetable gardening and caring for her beautiful pink roses. But she especially loved spending time with her family.
Friends and family are invited to attend her viewings 7-9PM, Thursday Evening, March 7, 2019 at Scanlin Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Ave., Chalfont and 10 - 11 AM, Friday, March 8, St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave., Chalfont where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery.
