Douglas Edward Campbell, a kind and gentle soul and powerful prayer warrior, died unexpectedly on April 22, 2023 at the age of 59.

Douglas was born at Northeastern Hospital of Philadelphia on December 19th, 1963, the son of Catherine (Nanci) and Donald (deceased) Campbell. He attended St Joan of Arc and later went onto attend North Catholic High School.

Douglas was a man with strong faith, a good sense of humor and a little bit of rock n roll. He lived his life with courage and taught us all many lessons in humility. He was a good-natured man with purity of heart and lived his life with kindness and gentleness. Douglas had a powerful impact on those who loved him, and in his innocence, he formed us to be the people we are today.

Douglas was survived by his Mother Catherine (Nanci), Stepfather Joseph McCarthy, Siblings; Donald Jr, Eileen Devine (John), David (Jimylen), Denise Campbell-Parish (Jesse) and Sheila Wheeler (Thomas). Douglas is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Our Family would like to express deep appreciation for the care and kindness that was given to Douglas by the staff and caregivers at the Horizon House. We would also like to express a special note of gratitude and an acknowledgement of the devotion and dedication given to Douglas by Marion Washington, Wanda Leach and Dyrek Davis.

Funeral Mass 10 AM Thursday April 27, 2023 at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer 1325 Upper State Road North Wales, PA 19454. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing at the church Thursday after 9 AM. Those attending the Graveside Service at 12 PM at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery 1215 Super Highway Langhorne, PA 19047 are asked to meet at the Old Lincoln Highway entrance of the cemetery.
