Doris K. Capaldi passed away peacefully Friday September 8, 2017 at Doylestown Hospital. She was 96.
Born in Perkasie, Doris was the loving wife of the late Albert T. Capaldi and beloved mother of Gregory T. Capaldi (Cynthia), Linda C. Siegel (Robert), Neil T. Capaldi (Denise) and Donna C. Roof (Timothy). Also surviving are two sisters Mary Lou Miller and Patricia Blake; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Doris was the fourth of eleven children. She graduated from Sell Perk High School in 1938. In 1942, Doris received her RN diploma from Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, PA.
She was active in her church and various choirs. Doris enjoyed arts and crafts and traveling. But most of all, she loved her family and will be missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service 10:30 AM, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Dock Woods Chapel, Dock Woods Community, 275 Dock Drive, Lansdale, PA where the greeting will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
