Barbara A. Lanutti

Barbara A. Lanutti of Atco, NJ, formally of Pennsauken and Stone Harbor,passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday September 27, 2019.

Born February 27, 1939 in Camden NJ she was the daughter of Francis J. Schultz and Anna M. Moffett. Barbara is survived by her beloved children Robert F.Lanutti, Michael A. Lanutti (Holly), Andrea Canavatchel (Anthony) and Christopher J. Lanutti (Andrea). Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; her sister Gloria J. Bello; several cousins and many nieces and nephews.

She attended St. Joseph's Elementary School, Camden NJ and graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Business School, Camden NJ in 1955.

Barbara attended the Police Academy at the age of 46 and proudly graduated in 1985, worked as a Camden County Sheriff's Office until her retirement in 2001.

Her favorite pastimes included cheering for the Jets and going to the casinos. However the most important thing in her life was her children and grandchildren. They always came before all else. She was deeply loved by her family and friends.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass 11 AM, Friday, October 4, 2019 at Mary Queen of all Saints Parish at St. Cecelia Church, 4851 Camden Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08110 where the greeting will begin at 10 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Barbara's memory may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at www.lls.org .
