Anna Marie Antich

Anna Marie Antich (Visich) left this World peacefully to join her husband Tony in Heaven. She joins her parents Emily and Marian Visich in eternal life, along with her brothers Frank and Mike Visich and her sister Emily Conti. Born in Flemington, NJ, Ann grew up in Ozone Park, Queens, NYC and attended John Adams High School. She spent most of her professional career as a Registered Nurse at Peninsula Hospital Center in Rockaway Beach, NY. A Girl Scout as a child, and a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary as an adult, Ann always volunteered to help those around her. She enjoyed her hobbies of knitting and made over 1,000 hats for children with cancer at CHOP. Ann loved sitting and talking with her grandchildren and playing Rumikub and Words With Friends on her iPad with anyone who would play with her. During the last year of her life, she lived in Naples, ME with her daughter Nancy Murphy who cared for her tirelessly. She leaves behind her son T. J. Antich (Denise), and her daughters Lori O’Leary (Jerry), and Nancy Murphy (Dave) along with grandchildren Jillian Palaferro (Chris), Grace Cocco (Frank), Christopher and Eric Antich, and Patrick and Mariel O’Leary as well as great grandchildren Nicole, Hannah, and Carter. She is also survived by her Sister-In-Law Carol Visich. Visitation will be held from 9:00 – 10:00 AM on Saturday July 9th followed by a 10:00 AM Memorial Service to celebrate Ann’s life at Wilistown United Methodist Church, 6051 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Interment will be private at Pinelawn Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. In lieu of flowers, please donate in her name to Willistown United Methodist Church at the address above.
