Jonathan Nissley
March 26, 1990 — November 14, 2023
Jonathan Nissley, 33, beloved son of Margaret Shetz (Harold DeHoff) and David Nissley (deceased), died Tuesday evening, November 14th, in a motorcycle accident. Jonathan is survived by his brother, Daniel Nissley (Cat Morris) and his sister, Mary Martin (Cory), and his Grandparents Gerry Biddle and Walter Shetz (Peggy). And many loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Born in Harrisburg, March 26, 1990, Jonathan attended Elizabethtown High School in Lancaster Co. and lived in Doylestown. He worked at Mr. Tire Auto Service in Lansdale, combining his employment with his perpetual interest in mechanics. He was also employed at Goldfish Swim Academy, where he shared his skills and lifelong love of swimming.
Highly intelligent and fiercely independent, Jonathan lived with his own kind of gusto. He was a member of American Mensa and had special interests in mechanics, mathematics, quantum physics, and art.
Jonathan was happiest being outdoors, and most especially, riding his motorcycle.
Jonathan will be sorely missed by the many who loved him.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 21st, from 12:00 until 3:00 PM at Villa Barolo, 1373 Easton Road, Warrington, PA.
